Easily create and assign Failure Modes to individual or multiple Systems
The Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Module controls all Maintenance and Equipment / Instrument Failure data required to generate PMs (Preventative Maintenance) schedules, Operating Context documentation, FMEAs, and FMECAs.
Full access control of all project data fields
Building and organizing normalized data lists to include setup for Learning Lists, Local Lists, and Remote Lists
Configurable fields (including field titles, field sizes, and data types)
Creating custom queries and exporting results to spreadsheets
Grouping similar records for easy multi-record updating
Seamless creation and replication of Spare Part records
Viewing and updating data in configurable table formats
Viewing project database contents in explorer style view, which includes grouping similar items together for ease of developing accurate stocking strategies
The MRO Module controls all Bill of Materials ("BOM") and spare parts data required to populate any CMMS system with spare parts and equipment ordering information. In addition to controlling this data, the MRO module contains tools for:
Full control of project level access
Create normalized data lists to include setup for Learning Lists, Local Lists, and Remote Lists.
Configurable fields (including field names, field sizes, and data types)
Design custom queries & export results to custom formatted spreadsheets
Easy replication of preventative maintenance records
Group similar records for easy multi-record updating
Quickly resolve hierarchy conflicts (if imported from another system)
Create and manage the location hierarchy using Drag & Drop
View and update data in configurable table formats
Complies with 21 CFR Part 11 standards for electronic records / electronic signatures
Integrated reporting tools deliver custom reports, metrics and forms
Efficiently enforce change control practices for modifying existing information
Retrieve existing information from any CMMS or EAM system and merge with newly gathered or corrected information
Automatically merge multiple data sources while maintaining complete accountability and traceability from each source

ARMDD™ Software System
Copyright 2008 - Global Knowledge Management, Inc.
ARMDD™ is a software system developed by GKM, Inc. for the collection and organization of enterprise asset and maintenance data. ARMDD™ greatly enhances the ability to collect or verify asset information, whether in a manufacturing, storage or production facilities. This information can then be incorporated into any CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) system.
Complying with all regulations regarding information security, electronic record storage, and electronic signatures, ARMDD™ provides a unique mechanism for CMMS or EAM system population or remediation. In addition, ARMDD™ can be used as a data migration tool that brings subject matter expert input and ownership to all types of data migration projects.
The three main components of ARMDD™ are the CMMS, MRO (Spare Parts), and RCM modules. These three modules integrate the assets tracking, spare parts management, and maintenance strategy development facets of any project.
ARMDD™ also contains data collection services that automate the continuous inflow of data from external sources such as contractor databases, spreadsheets, and existing (legacy) database systems. This enables users to efficiently merge data from multiple sources into one organized database. This data can then be delivered in either streaming format or as a package to any CMMS or EAM system.
Easily collect, organize, manipulate, and deliver asset information in an explorer style interface.
CMMS Module
MRO Module
RCM Module
The CMMS Module controls all location, equipment, instrumentation, hierarchy, and PM (preventative maintenance) data required to populate any CMMS or EAM system. Additional features include:
View project database contents in an explorer style view (These include: Items View, Locations View, Hierarchy View, Trashed Views, and Hold from CMMS views)
Audit Trail
Reporting
All of the ARMDD™ modules include a complete field-by-field, record-by-record audit trail. If any data is changed through one of the ARMDD™ modules (including data loaded from Manufacturers, Vendors, Engineering Firms, Construction Firms, SideARMDD™, etc.), the following information is logged:
